Elin Stebbins Waldal is Director of Healing Circles Langley and Interim Co-Director of Healing Circles Global. She brings decades of experience in community building, facilitation, and healing-centered leadership. Elin is the author of Tornado Warning: A Memoir of Teen Dating Violence and Its Effect on a Woman's Life, and is a longtime advocate for spaces where people can be witnessed, heard, and held in community. Before joining Healing Circles, Elin spent a decade as a public speaker and author focused on teen dating violence prevention, and designed and piloted a successful program for middle school girls—work that deepened her commitment to spaces where people, especially women and girls, can find their voice.
