Commonweal's New School is looking for an Event Manager! The Event Manager will produce a diverse range of digital and in-person events that reflect Commonweal's values of kindness, consciousness, and service. These events are critical to our strategy for growing our community and deepening connections with existing supporters. From intimate dinners and public conversations to multi-day retreats and large gatherings of up to 200 people, each event creates opportunities for people to experience our approach to radical hospitality and transformative learning. The Event Manager must be able to commute to Bolinas regularly for event planning and events, including evenings and weekends. Bolinas is a 45-minute drive from Mill Valley or 50 minutes from Petaluma. Hybrid position, $30-$35/hour, 17 hours/week. To apply, send resume and cover letter to jobs@commonweal.org.
