Commonweal is hiring for a Deputy Director to serve as Commonweal’s senior internal leader and strategic partner, providing leadership across finance, human resources, operations, technology, administration, organizational development, and program support. This role helps strengthen organizational systems, develop leaders, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure that Commonweal's infrastructure supports the important work happening across our programs.
