Join us for good food, good music, and excellent community as we celebrate summer at Commonweal!

Spend the afternoon on our beautiful bluff on the Marin County coast and find out what Commonweal’s programs are doing to bring healing and resilience to people, our communities, and the planet. Kids welcome!

Explore Commonweal’s southern end of Point Reyes National Seashore with National Park Service Scientist Ben Becker

Tour the historic radio facility at Commonweal with the Maritime Radio Historical Society members

Take a garden tour and see Commonweal Garden in all its spring magnificence

Give your kids a taste of wild adventure—playing with simple natural dyeprojects, soapstone beads, and outdoor games from the Fairfax-based kids’ organization Vilda (adults must be present)

Climb on board the Bolinas fire truck and meet some of our local firefighting heroes and heroines

Pick up your feet with two bands: New Orleans Jazz tunes from Silver Bell Jazz | Soul, blues, and latin jazz from the Marina Crouse Trio

Savor delicious mediterranean food from Casablanca Moroccan and Mediterranean Food Truck (not hosted)
